Damage to your vehicle is one of the worst things that can happen. Luckily, this happens very rarely but it's still important to know what you should do. You should send photos of the damage to the provider, and also any pictures you took before you left your car in the car park so they know the damage wasn't there before. You can also send them to us using our Customer Service. If you were not thinking of taking pictures of your vehicle when parking, we strongly advise you to do so as a precaution.
