Will the parking provider take pictures of my vehicle and record my mileage when I arrive at the car park?

Accepted Answer

Most providers will want to inspect your vehicle upon your arrival. This usually includes recording your mileage and taking photos of your car. If they don't offer this, you are free to do so yourself or you can ask that they do it.

Question 2

I have noticed damage to my vehicle. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Damage to your vehicle is one of the worst things that can happen. Luckily, this happens very rarely but it's still important to know what you should do. You should send photos of the damage to the provider, and also any pictures you took before you left your car in the car park so they know the damage wasn't there before. You can also send them to us using our Customer Service. If you were not thinking of taking pictures of your vehicle when parking, we strongly advise you to do so as a precaution.

Can I be assured that the parking options available are secure?

All parking spots available on our website are secure and are always equipped with CCTV, fences and/or barriers, and frequent patrols.

Question 4

Where will my car be parked whilst I am away?

Accepted Answer

If you opt for Shuttle Parking, you will park your car yourself so you will see where you car is parked. The car park will have camera surveillance and security on-site. With Valet Parking, a chauffeur will park your car for you in a secure car park that will be equipped with security features such as CCTV.

Will my vehicle be driven by employees of the provider in my absence?

Accepted Answer

The only reason your vehicle may be driven in your absence would be due to maximising space in the car park if it is very busy. The only other times it is driven is when they pick up and drop off your vehicle.
