How can I be sure if my reservation is correct?

Your booking confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours and it will contain all the essential information about your booking. This information will also be directly forwarded to your parking provider. If you haven't received this email, you can contact us or log into your account to request another email and see all of your details there too. You can contact Customer Service by email, including your details. Is this on the day you are due to park? We recommend you call the parking provider directly.
